What You'll Do:
🟢 Develop and drive an e-commerce strategy that embraces all our e-platforms (kika.lt, kika.ee, kikaworldshop.com, etc.) to improve client acquisition and expand our B2C and B2B e-commerce business.
🟢 Dig into data and consumer research to understand our customers and their needs, turning these insights into efficient tactics to reach the target audience and ensure profitable growth.
🟢 Work closely with our marketing, private brands and IT teams to develop engaging content and compelling marketing campaigns
🟢 Ensure that the customer experience on our e-commerce websites is seamless and enjoyable.
🟢 Coach the direct team and ensure their professional growth in the e-commerce area.
🟢 Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
What You Bring:
🟢 Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a similar field.
🟢 Proven track record of successfully leading e-commerce/digital marketing teams and achieving sales targets.
🟢 Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
🟢 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
🟢 Demonstrated ability to develop and implement e-commerce strategies that drive growth.
🟢 Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
